Holly’s Apple Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Gala Apples
- 2 Fuji Apples
- 1 Granny Smith Apple
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp Allspice
- 1 1/2 cup Water
Directions
- Peel, Cut, and Core the apples into thin quarter slices.
- Add Apples, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Allspice to a large mixing bowl and thoroughly mix ingredients together.
- Let the mixture sit for 20 min, allowing the sugar to draw the juices from the apples.
- In a saucepan add Water and Apple mixture. Cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 to 30 minutes, or until apples are soft.
- Allow to cool, then mash with a fork or potato masher.
